Continuing to Suck is not and option

Apparently we've been around even longer than they thought, which begs the question shouldn't we be a little further ahead?

It's well known that one of my favorite bands is Super Furry Animals. That being said the front man and main song writer of that band has released his first solo album. It's all in Welsh, and was supposedly recorded in one day. It's very solid. For those who fear import prices, try Amazon UK. That hsit is fast and fairly cheap. Pick up some Stone Roses while you're there.

Are we all familiar with the slightly offensive little figures you can get out of the quarter machines at the super market called "Homies"? Well Latino stereotypes were never going to be enough, and now they've introduced "Palermos" so as to paint the Italian community with the same broad stroke. Whatever happened to the little football helmets you had to put the stickers on yourself? Can't today's children not get by with a simple "Sticky Hand"?

I know, total link fest today.

Well, blood sport fans in Britain are enjoying their last legal fox hunts. What will those poor bastards do for fun now? Some 26 years after the release of "The Fox and The Hound" and finally Tod has been vindicated.

It makes sense that the Iranians and the Syrians have made a pact of Mutual Self-Defense in order to confront what can only be called Threats by the George W. Bush Brigade. Historically speaking every great empire must fall. And I fear that as we continue to collect enemies and spread our forces thinner and thinner in an attempt to proliferate "freedom"(the freedom to make US companies money) all those folks with the ribbons on their cars are not going to like the taste of tabooli for the first time, but it's all their masters will be serving. And in a related note I'm not convinced that any money from that ribbon magnet you bought at the gas station is finding its way to our troops.
