I guess I'll be giving up on TV. It seems the new season of "The Simple Life" is in jeopardy since Paris and Nicole are no longer best friends. I trust the suits at FOX will figure something out since there's already been discussions of replacing Nicole with Rod Stewart's daughter. Is there some portion of the Simple Life formula that requires an antique pop star's daughter to be involved? Was I the only one who kind of guessed Paris and Nicole might not be pals for life? Can you possibly be so self absorbed and still require companionship that doesn't involve being worshipped? And as it relates to "guys are like this and girls are like this"; It sure seems like you have a lot more girlfriends who have an ugly "how big is her butt" type falling out, where as guys just sort of stop hanging out type deal. Is it because women are so dramatic? And, cue hate mail.
