Fourth of July happened. Traditionally not a fan of the fireworks but I had occasion to sit upon a rooftop in Brooklyn and witness a three pronged display that was pretty nice. I did get distracted at one point telling my friend Lee about my first shoe shine, I had gotten recently, but other than that I was dialed in. For the record the shoe shine ranks as one of my best decisions in the last six months.

I have a new aspiration to report. There is a family who I know of back in Michigan and they own and operate a glass company. I have it on good authority that they pay the one brother not to come to work. Meaning, he's so bad at work, dangerous around glass, whatever it may be that they pay him a solid wage to stay away. No I do not wish to take this guys place at the glass factory, I want to be paid for not doing stuff. It seems like it might be hard to get this scenario going if it wasn't family related. Even then the business would have to be specific. A family who runs a diner, they can probably find something for even the biggest screw up to do. So other than glass factory, my family would have to be running a crocodile farm, or a hot air balloon ride service, or a faberge egg plant (plant meaning manufacturing facility, not an egg plant, actually a faberge egg plant might just be the thing that makes me my first million, nobody steal that idea). It seems like I have no shot at this no work and pay dream. I've wasted everyone's time by even writing about it. Shoot.
