Suspicion
It's come to my attention that calling a comedy show "Two Sweet Dudes" implies that the two dudes must be gay. Those were the sentiments of the guido who manages the establishment where the show is to take place. I guess it's fitting that we run "bi"-weekly there. This first encounter with the management may signal another move for us. If you think the name leads people to think that the show is homosexual, and you give a shit whether the show is homosexual then I'd prefer you stay away. You don't get it, and I shant explain it to you. Besides, shows can't have a sexual preference. Is this guy afraid that our show thinks about having intercourse with other comedy shows, when the "natural" thought process for a comedy show is to be thinking about banging a dance show? I'm finding that in the progressive, cosmopolitan city of New York, if you are found talking to a person of the same sex more than Three times in public, it means you're gay. And here I thought it had mostly to do with butt sex. I guess I'm the stupid one.
