The Final Count Down

Here is a random mountain picture. Not even sure where it is from at this point.
This is the Hip Hop store in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
There were two dudes working and the second guy was not totally cool with me taking pictures despite my assurance that they were just to show friends in New York. It was at this point he let me know all their inventory comes from LA. I felt like he was telling me that, in order to issue me verbal slap. In reality, to me it was most interesting that this place even existed in Grande Prairie. Me and Burns go to place just like it all the time in NYC, so it doesn't matter, I'll make fun of this gear regardless of geography

Grande Prairie is in an economic BOOM. The Oil Patch is flowing. What this means is there are a ton of babies being made, and you can rent 4 wheeler's (quads) on the side of the street. When the show wasn't sold out last night I had to wonder what else the good folks of this town might be doing. But then I discovered the babies and 4 wheeler's while hitting the mall today. Mystery solved. They tell me the show tonight will be full. We shall see as Edmonton and Calgary are playing each other in hockey and there aren't any TV's in the club.
