Back from it
Everybody relax!
I have not been tearing up this place lately. What does that mean? Have I lost my love for typing nonsense? Let's see...
There's no great reason as to why I've been missing. Well, there is the new gym membership, the calligraphy lessons, tap dance seminar, both of the hook rugs I've got going, (one is Lincoln at Gettysburg, and the other is a portrait of Night Court era Markie Post) and my Amway business. Oh, and the heavy and excessive drinking. It's the only way to vanquish the pain of tap dancing.
Ryan Adam's "Easy Tiger" was my favorite record of 2007. By no means did I hear every recording made last year, but based upon the stuff I did hear.
Carnations remained my favorite flower.
A lot of Hot and Sour soup was consumed, as well as sandwiches from the bodega, until a roach was discovered in the box where they were keeping the bread. Haven't had one since. I normally deal with gross stuff related to food by telling myself "You've had worse and not even known it". In this case I feel like if you can't keep them out of the box during the day while the place is open, at night that bread box has to look like a cockroach night club, complete with VIP access to the full loafs they keep on the upper level. When I go back, and the sad reality is, I will, I'll probably just get the sandwich made on the sliced bread they keep in a bag. No way a roach can get into a twist tied plastic bag. There's just no possible way. Never happen. Not possible.
Now who couldn't live without this in their life!?!?!
